Qualifications

you currently have: Completed CNA-accredited Skin Wellness Associate Nurse course (SWAN) or International Interprofessional Wound Care Course (IIWCC) Registered Practical Nurse who graduated from an accredited School of Nursing Registered as a member in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle Two years of previous experience in the development of wound care management programs in a hospital or community setting Previous visiting nursing experience will be considered an asset Updated immunization records, clear criminal background check, and vulnerable sector check upon hire Current CPR certification required As Canada’s largest and best homecare company, join us as we continue our 50+ year tradition of supporting our Nurses to make “being the difference” a Career! Requirements

Must be a Registered Practical Nurse in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario and have completed a SWAN or IIWCC course. Requires two years of wound care management experience, a valid driver's license, and current CPR certification.
