We are seeking detail-oriented Medical Laboratory Technologists to perform clinical testing, quality control, and analyzer maintenance to ensure accurate and timely patient results across laboratory disciplines. The successful candidate will uphold laboratory quality, safety, and regulatory standards while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Perform clinical testing and release accurate patient results in accordance with established protocols. Operate, calibrate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory analyzers and equipment. Conduct and monitor quality control procedures; investigate and resolve discrepancies. Validate new reagent lots and support implementation of new methods and instrumentation. Utilize laboratory information systems for specimen processing, test management, and result reporting. Participate in external proficiency testing and post‑software upgrade validations. Maintain expertise in specimen handling, critical values, rejection criteria, storage requirements, and test-specific protocols. Ensure compliance with laboratory quality standards, safety policies, WHMIS, and chemical hygiene regulations. Support team effectiveness through training, documentation updates, and process improvement initiatives. Maintain strict confidentiality of patient and organizational information.
Registration through CAMLPR pathways or certification with CSMLS. Recent experience in the relevant laboratory discipline is preferred. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Proficiency in MS Windows-based systems and laboratory software. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
