Therapy services at the BC Centre for Ability includes the Early Intervention Therapy program which provides physiotherapy, occupational therapy, speech and language pathology and social work services for over 1000 children and their families.
Services are provided in the community, in the clinic setting and in group sessions determined by the goals of the client.
Works with interdisciplinary teams to provide services to children and their family within the context of their community environments.
Effective collaboration, communication and organizational skills will be paramount for this position.
Services will be delivered in family homes, in clinic, in community settings and by virtual platforms.
Departmental assignments are subject to operational and departmental needs.

Requires a Master's degree in Social Work and at least 2 years of experience working with children with special needs. Must be registered with the BCCSW and possess a valid driver's license with a reliable vehicle.
