Provide high-quality palliative nursing care to clients ranging from pediatric to geriatric ages in their own home settings. Utilize clinical expertise to ensure patient comfort, safety, and emotional well-being through personalized care plans.

Palliative care experience is an asset but not necessary.

Education Graduate from an accredited/recognized School of Nursing (evidence required) Current RPN or LPN registration (in good standing) with the applicable provincial licensing body Valid CPR certification

Requirements

Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle You have the availability to work 8-hour shifts from 23:00 to 07:00 You must be comfortable working with clients of all ages, pediatric to geriatric You possess excellent assessment, documentation, verbal and written communication skills Candidates who have been offered a position are required to provide: A clear criminal background check with vulnerable sector screening, Proof of being free from TB Two supervisory references Bayshore is committed to a high quality and safe environment for both our staff and clients/patients.
