This is not a high-churn or short-term associate role. This opportunity is designed for a dentist who values stability, culture, and long-term professional growth within a well-run practice. About the Practice Established and growing practice serving the Innisfil community for 5+ years Consistently welcomes 30-40 new patients per month Technology-forward environment featuring iTero scanning and CEREC for same-day restorations Supportive, team-oriented culture rooted in professionalism and respect Compensation Guaranteed daily minimum OR 42% of collections - whichever is greater Designed to provide income stability during ramp-up Compensation details discussed during the interview based on experience What You'll Do Deliver high-quality general restorative, diagnostic, and minor surgical care Build lasting relationships with patients through thoughtful, trust-based dentistry Collaborate closely with clinical and administrative team members Grow your schedule gradually while maintaining excellence in care Who This Role Is For Dentists typically 2-7 years post-graduation Clinically independent, but still coachable and growth-oriented Values teamwork, consistency, and long-term career development Comfortable with a phased schedule ramp-up, not instant volume Newer graduates with strong confidence and professionalism are encouraged to apply.
