Job Description

Qualifications

Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario required
A minimum of 2 years' current acute medical/surgical (or equivalent) related nursing experience is essential
Basic arrhythmia interpretation preferred
Applicants with current acute or critical care nursing experience will be given preference
Current BCLS/HCP certification is required
Current ACLS certification and Critical Care certification preferred
Demonstrated knowledge, sensitivity and expertise in the care of seniors and their families
Gentle Persuasive Approach training preferred

Requirements

Requires current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario and at least 2 years of acute medical/surgical nursing experience. BCLS/HCP certification is mandatory, while ACLS and Critical Care certifications are preferred.
