About the role

Provide exceptional radiological care specializing in mammography to a diverse patient population. Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team across hospitals and medical office buildings in San Bernardino County.

• Board Certified or Board Eligible For Mammographers, we offer a truly unique and advantageous practice structure: Highly Mammo-Centric Workload: Enjoy a highly specialized practice with near 100%25 mammography workload. No Primary Diagnostic Call Responsibilities: Experience an exceptional work-life balance with effectively no evenings, nights, or routine weekend responsibilities due to our large department and subspecialized structure. Predictable and Flexible Schedule: Hybrid (onsite and remote) daily breast clinic schedule. Benefit from ~2days of remote breast work per week, with potential to increase as staffing grows, based on a full-time 4day work week. Flexible part-time work schedules are available and fully supported. High Earning Potential and Generous Incentives: Elevated Signing Bonus: We offer a significantly higher signing bonus than many other Kaiser locations, currently at $350,000. The available bonus is based on the time of start, not the time of signing. Overtime Opportunities: Potential to make much more than the listed salary through overtime breast clinic shifts and remote screening mammography work. About the Area SCPMG San Bernardino County Service area serves a population in the northeastern section of the LA Basin that’s as diverse topographically as culturally. Baldy, water-skiing on Lake Arrowhead, mountain biking, apple picking in Yucaipa or a drive to the coast, there is something for everyone.
