Provide timely, responsive, evidence-based treatment and clinical supports across the continuum of available services for clients with serious severe and persistent mental health problems and/or problematic substance use and/or development disability issues who may or may not be in crisis.
Provide assessment, treatment, case management, community support, and urgent response as required for clients with serious functional impairment across physical health and personal, family, financial, occupational, and social domains.
Function as a primary clinician using specialized treatment modalities/therapies for individuals, groups of clients, and/or their families.
Provide consultation or assessment service to the Emergency Department or Acute/Inpatient Mental Health service at the request of the Emergency Room physician, general practitioner, or Emergency triage nurse.
Function as a member of the Hospitals & Communities Integrated Services (HCIS) or Tertiary Mental Health Services multi-disciplinary care team

Graduation from an approved school of nursing. Two years’ recent related experience in a mental health and addictions environment (or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience). Current practicing registration with the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM)
