The Registered Nurse provides comprehensive primary, travel, and executive health care, including health assessments and chronic condition management. They collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver personalized care and contribute to clinic quality improvement initiatives.
What You'll Do You'll split time between one-on-one client consultations, care coordination with the clinical team, and quality improvement projects: Family Health Program:
Conduct comprehensive health assessments, preventative screenings, and wellness counseling Manage chronic and complex conditions; design and evaluate individualized care plans Perform clinical interventions: vaccinations, injections, cervical cancer screening, wound care, ECG, spirometry Triage urgent concerns and provide anticipatory guidance Coordinate community referrals and support care transitions

Qualifications: What You Bring Must-Haves:
BN or BScN from an accredited program Current CARNA license in good standing Current BLS Provider certification 3+ years of nursing experience (public or private sector), or equivalent clinical experience demonstrating primary care competency
Technical Skills: Comfortable navigating EMR systems Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
