Complex Care Worker Our clients are seeking healthcare professionals with a passion for making a difference in the lives of those who have experienced trauma, faced complex medical diagnoses, or require support in their personal development.

Our clients are remarkable individuals seeking care from professionals with a wide range of expertise.
They rely on compassionate and dependable individuals like you to assist them with: Activities of Daily Living (ADL’s).
Ensuring client safety while participating in community and home based activities.
Redirecting, behaviour management and elopement concerns.
Engaging the client in functional activities in community and home based activities.
Other care tasks include: organization, meal preparation, transportation, emotional support, hygiene care/support, and other daily tasks.
You would be the ideal candidate to work with us if you are someone who is reliable, organized, and can work independently.
Care is tailored to each person, so each position is unique.
Some clients need mainly in-home support.
Others require support participating in community activities.
Whatever the circumstances, we want people who will genuinely care about their wellbeing.
