Join our dedicated team of Licensed Practical Nurses at The Heights at Mt. View, our long-term care community in the heart of Victoria. In this role, you will: Provide safe, person-centered nursing care to residents. Collaborate with RNs and interdisciplinary teams on complex care needs. Administer medications and treatments following clinical best practices. Promote resident wellness and support care plan implementation. Monitor safety risks and respond appropriately to incidents and emergencies. Maintain up-to-date and accurate documentation using electronic health records. Licensed Practical Nursing diploma with current BCCNM registration. Experience in long-term, complex, or assisted living care preferred. Current CPR and First Aid certification. Familiarity with electronic medical records (e.g., Point Click Care). Strong interpersonal, communication, and critical thinking skills.
Available Lines We offer a range of LPN opportunities at Heights at Mount View, including permanent, temporary, and casual roles. Flexible scheduling options are available, including shorter shifts, with a mix of day and evening schedules to suit your availability.

Compensation & Benefits Under the Master Collective Agreement, you'll enjoy competitive wages, extended health and dental coverage, a municipal pension plan, vacation allowances, an employee assistance program, and professional development opportunities. Level 1 LPNs are compensated at an hourly rate of $32.84 to $41.35.
