The Registered Nurse coordinates nursing services and leads shift reports to ensure safe, ethical, and high-quality resident care. They are responsible for processing physician orders and maintaining accurate clinical documentation according to provincial standards.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing and be a registered member in good standing with the provincial registry. A strong background in geriatric or long-term care nursing and knowledge of relevant health and safety legislation is required.
