About the role

Design, deliver, and evaluate organized group and 1

1 programs for seniors in long-term care. Maintain accurate resident records and collaborate with other departments to meet resident needs.

Job Description

Preparing, delivery and evaluation of organized group programs for seniors in Long Term Care as well as 1:1 programming.

Responsibilities include designing and implementing programs independently and as a team, daily documentation and evaluation of programs.

Excellent computer skills and knowledge to maintain program and resident records following the FJ Davey Home policies.

Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Work cooperatively with other departments to meet residents needs.

Must illustrate the ability to work independently and the ability to use effective time management.

Knowledge of Alzheimer's and Dementia an asset.

Available to work weekends and afternoons.

Time Type: Part time
