Joining us at Ponderosa Lodge, you’ll have crucial part in providing assessment, treatment planning and implementation, program planning, consultation, equipment prescription and education to residents/short stay clients and their caregivers. Operating within a client-centered approach and as an essential member of our interdisciplinary team, you make a substantial contribution to promote functional independence and enable residents/clients to achieve and maintain optimal health outcomes. You will provide work direction to the Rehabilitation Assistants working with the rehabilitation team in regard to transfer of function. This position includes rotation between LTC coverage and short stay unit coverage and may be redeployed based on operational management. This is a permanent full-time position working Monday through Friday 08:00 to 16:00 Earn $45.15 to 56.03 per hour.
