The Housekeeping Aide is responsible for providing clean and safe services for residents and co-workers under the supervision of the Support Service Supervisor. Duties include following departmental policies, participating in meetings, and completing required online courses.

Job Description

Housekeeping Aide – Extendicare Holyrood Housekeeping Aide provides clean and safe service for Residents and co-workers. Reporting to the Support Service Supervisor. RESPONSIBILITIES Assumes responsibility under the supervision of the Support Service Supervisor. Follow Departmental Policy and Procedures. Good writing and verbal communication with other team members. Timely completion of online courses. Encourages and motivates positive work environment. Participate in department meetings. QUALIFICATIONS Knowledge and experience in housekeeping duties. Read, write and communicate fluently in English. Physically capable of performing duties required in a fast-paced environment. Able to work well with other team members. Have critical thinking skills and be able to prioritize tasks. Requirements

Candidates must have knowledge of housekeeping duties and be fluent in English. Physical capability to work in a fast-paced environment and the ability to work with minimal supervision are required.
