Anesthesia Registered Veterinary Technologist

Boreal Veterinary Centre's Surgery Department is seeking one (1) Anesthesia Registered Veterinary Technologist (RVT) to join our team. This position will support our growing surgical and specialty services and help us continue delivering exceptional patient care, outstanding client service, and collaborative veterinary medicine in a fast-paced referral environment.
This position follows a regular schedule consisting of 10-hour shifts, Monday through Friday, with participation in a rotating on-call schedule to support after-hours surgical and anesthetic patient care.
This role is a partnership and collaboration with veterinarians to provide gold standard anesthetic care to our patients. As a medical professional, you are expected to contribute your medical expertise to each case, participate in rounds, and mentor other members of the veterinary team, including veterinarians and veterinary students. All RVTs are encouraged to advocate for themselves and their career development.
In addition to general RVT duties, this position may require cross-training in other specialty departments such as Internal Medicine, Oncology, and Cardiology, as needed.
