The nurse is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care within a general surgical unit. They must integrate quality improvement principles and patient-family centered care to provide safe, high-quality nursing services.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor of Science in Nursing or a nursing diploma and be registered or eligible for registration with the College of Registered Nurses of Saskatchewan. A valid Criminal Record Check including a vulnerable sector search is required for the interview.
