Qualicare HomeCare BC is seeking compassionate and skilled Wound Care Nurses (RN/LPN) to join our growing home care team. If you’re passionate about delivering high-quality, client-centered care and want the flexibility to choose your own schedule, this role is for you.

As a Wound Care Nurse, you will provide skilled nursing care in clients’ homes, working collaboratively with our clinical team to achieve positive health outcomes.

Responsibilities

Provides direct patient care Provides accurate, detailed, and timely documentation Conducts ongoing assessments Prepares, administers and appropriately documents actions taken specific to medications Performs all skills, treatments, and procedures competently in accordance with the provincial scope of practice Follows principles of infection control and Universal Precautions

Qualifications

Current certificate of competence and good standing Must be a licensed nurse in BC Certified in CPR Strong clinical and wound care skills Negative TB test or chest x-ray Self-directing with the ability to work with little direct supervision Excellent customer service and communication skills Valid driver’s license and must have a vehicle Join a team where your skills are valued, your schedule is respected, and your work truly matters. Requirements

Must be a licensed RN or LPN in British Columbia with a current certificate of competence and CPR certification. Requires a valid driver's license, a vehicle, and a negative TB test.
