What would my role be?

Reporting to the Clinical Manager, you will be responsible for all aspects of social work intervention towards patients and families.

How do I qualify?

Required

  • Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited university
  • Membership in the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers

Preferred

  • Knowledge of community resources
  • Experience in a hospital setting
  • Experience with discharge planning
  • Experience in supervising students
  • Fluent in French and English

What skills should I possess to succeed in the role?

  • Able to work independently and with members of an interdisciplinary team

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Master's degree in Social Work and be members of the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers. Experience in hospital settings, discharge planning, and bilingualism in French and English are preferred.
