• Personal Support Worker Our clients are seeking healthcare professionals in Hamilton & surrounding areas with a passion for making a difference in the lives of those who have experienced trauma, faced complex medical diagnoses, or require support in their personal development.

• Our clients are remarkable individuals seeking care from professionals with a wide range of expertise.
• They rely on compassionate and dependable individuals like you to assist them with: Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
• Ensuring client safety while participating in community and home based activities.
• Personal care including toileting and personal hygiene Client transfers Other care tasks include: organization, meal preparation, transportation, emotional support, light housekeeping, and other daily tasks.

• You would be the ideal candidate to work with us if you are someone who is reliable, organized, and can work independently.
• Care is tailored to each person, so each position is unique.
• Some clients need mainly in-home support.
• Others require support participating in community activities.
• Whatever the circumstances, we want people who will genuinely care about their wellbeing.

Requirements

Valid Standard First Aid and CPR Level C Smartphone with a data plan Vulnerable Sector Check completed within the last 6 months Assets: PSW Certificate or College education in a related field Drivers License G class with access to a vehicle Non-Violent crisis intervention (NVCI) Hours: Flexible and client dependent scheduling options are available.

• Caregiver has full autonomy in organizing and managing their schedule and availability based on client matches.
