Provide comprehensive family medicine services including acute, preventative, and chronic care within a multidisciplinary team. Build long-term patient relationships and contribute to the development of a new FHO+ model.
Must be a licensed Family Physician in Ontario in good standing with the CPSO. While 1+ year of experience is preferred, new graduates are welcome to apply.

We’re growing our Family Medicine team and recruiting Family Physicians to join our downtown clinics. This is a chance to build a long-term family practice with strong clinic support behind you, and to play a key role in growing longitudinal family medicine at this location as we work toward forming a new FHO+ model.
From day one, you will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to support patient-centered care. In the near term, the practice will focus on walk-in medicine as we build toward a FHO+ model, with a growing focus on longitudinal care as the model takes shape.
