Responsible for the assessment, treatment, and management of clients requiring occupational therapy intervention. This includes establishing treatment goals, maintaining clinical records, and collaborating with health teams to ensure quality care.
Requires a Master's degree in Occupational Therapy and registration in good standing with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario. Preference is given to candidates with three years of experience, including in-home assessments and medical/legal report writing.
CSW2626-X2: Alternating Friday and Saturday: 10pm to 9am
CSW2626-E2: Alternating Saturdays and Sundays: 9am to 4pm
