Provide medical oversight and comprehensive assessments for individuals with concussions and complex injuries within an interdisciplinary team. Collaborate with other health professionals to develop evidence-informed treatment plans and coordinate patient-centered care.
Requires a Doctor of Medicine, a valid provincial license to practice, and membership in good standing with a regulatory body. Experience in managing complex medical conditions and working in interdisciplinary environments is required or preferred.
Join one of Western Canada's most established interdisciplinary rehabilitation teams at Lifemark Harvey in Kelowna. Working alongside physiotherapists, occupational therapists, psychologists, kinesiologists, counsellors, physicians, and concussion specialists, you will provide assessment and medical oversight for individuals experiencing persistent symptoms following concussion and other complex injuries. Our programs support clients with service-related injuries, motor vehicle injuries, workplace injuries, chronic pain, psychological trauma, and other conditions that create barriers to recovery, function, and return to meaningful life roles.
Using a biopsychosocial approach, you will collaborate within a highly experienced team to deliver comprehensive, patient-centred care for complex cases requiring coordinated medical, physical, cognitive, and psychological rehabilitation. Lifemark Harvey has served the Kelowna community since 2002 and is recognized for its expertise in concussion management, occupational rehabilitation, PTSD-informed care, vestibular rehabilitation, and complex injury recovery. This is an exceptional opportunity for a physician with concussion experience who is passionate about interdisciplinary care, clinical collaboration, and helping individuals achieve meaningful recovery outcomes.
