Description JOB SUMMARY:Practices within the context of a client and family centred care model and in accordance with the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM) standards of practice for registered nurses, Codes of Ethics, and the established vision and values of the organization, provides nursing care for clients within an ambulatory care setting by working independently and as a member of an interdisciplinary team.

Consults, confers, and collaborates with team members and other health care givers.

Participates on designated hospital committees/teams and approved research projects as assigned.QUALIFICATIONS:Education & Experience Current practicing registration as a Registered Nurse with the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM).
Completion of one year’s recent, related experience working in an outpatient care environment or with clients of similar diagnostic illness or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
