Provide therapeutic programming under the direction of Physical and Occupational Therapists to help clients achieve discharge goals. Implement interventions to maximize safe, functional independence and improve the overall quality of life for residents.
Graduation from an accredited Therapy Assistant program is required, though equivalent training may be considered. Previous experience in a therapeutic setting is essential, and computer proficiency is preferred.
