The Personal Support Worker provides essential personal care, hygiene, and companionship to clients under the supervision of a Care Coordinator. Responsibilities include meal preparation, light housekeeping, medication reminders, and assisting with ambulation and outings.

Job Summary The Personal Support Worker is a member of the home care team who works under the supervision of the Care Coordinator and performs various personal care services as necessary to meet the client’s needs.

Personal Support Worker Certificate or equivalent (foreign-trained nurse, nursing student).
