We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Registered Technologist, CT to join our Medical Imaging team.

Perform all CT procedures as per determined department protocols or as directed by the Radiologist Ability to operate all types of equipment used within the departments, including CT scanner, Contrast Injectors, etc Prepare and assess patients for CT scan including obtaining contrast consent, confirming exam validity, sterile technique practices and resourcing Radiologist as is necessary Complete exam process by image review, confirming documentation and presenting to radiologists for reporting via PACS Knowledge of and dutifully follows radiation safety practices for the protection of the patient, colleagues and their own occupational dose
Must be registered and in good standing with College of Medical Radiation and Imaging Technologists of Ontario (CMRITO) Registration with the CAMRT preferred CT certificate preferred Previous experience in CT preferred Ability to work independently as well as within a group environment. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Must have good teamwork and customer service skills. Must be IV certified. Excellent attendance and discipline free record required.
