Provide virtual consultations and specialized care in Men's and Women's health via a digital platform. Collaborate with patients to develop personalized care plans focusing on hormone therapies and longevity.
Must hold a valid Nurse Practitioner license in Quebec with at least one year of experience. Preference is given to those with Adult Care experience and a history of prescribing hormones.
Key Responsibilities Provide virtual consultations and patient care through our digital platform. Deliver specialized care in Men’s Health and/or Women’s Health, including hormone therapies and related treatments. Collaborate with patients to develop personalized care plans that align with their health goals. Ensure the highest standards of care and compliance with all relevant regulations.
Nurse Practitioner license in the following provinces: QC Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Nurse Practitioner. Adult Care Nurse Practitioner experience preferred. Prior experience prescribing hormones is preferred but not mandatory. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Comfort working in a digital/virtual healthcare environment. Must be available a minimum of 8 hours/week.
