The role involves identifying and validating novel therapeutic concepts and developing clinical candidates for Immuno-Oncology. Responsibilities include designing and executing immunological experiments, analyzing data, and collaborating across departments to advance projects.
Candidates need a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a scientific discipline with 3 to 7+ years of experience depending on the level. Proficiency in molecular and immunological techniques, specifically flow cytometry and assay development, is required.
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution with three-plus (3+) years of experience in related scientific discipline or Master’s Degree from an accredited institution in related scientific discipline or equivalent experience in related field Must have good understanding of basic scientific principles and research practices in the field of immunology Prior research experience in molecular and immunological techniques such as cell isolation, ELISA/Luminex/MSD, tissue culture, and/or RT-qPCR Basic Flow cytometry understanding, high-dimensional (multi-color) panel execution, and data analysis using software such as FlowJo. Experienced in data analysis, interpretation of results, troubleshooting, and solving technical issues Experience with in vitro assay systems to evaluate immune cell function is preferred. Excellent oral and written communication skills Proficiency with computers and data analysis software Ability and willingness to work effectively in a highly collaborative research environment under supervision

Advance flow cytometry understanding, high-dimensional (multi-color) panel execution, design, and data analysis using software such as FlowJo. Prior research experience in immunological assay development/optimization is desirable Experience with in vitro assay systems to evaluate immune cell function is preferred. Proficiency in data analysis data, interpretation of results, troubleshooting, and solving technical issues independently Excellent oral and written communication skills Proficiency with computers and experience with data analysis software Ability to work effectively in a highly collaborative research environment with limited supervision
Conduct experiments aimed at target identification and validation using molecular and cellular immunological approaches Design, execute, and troubleshoot experiments independently and efficiently Analyze, record data and effectively communicate results Keep abreast of relevant literature and technologies to expand scientific/technical knowledge Collaborate with members of Cancer Immunology and other departments (i.e., Inflammation & Respiratory; Immune Regulation) when required to support project advancement and decision making Prepare and deliver internal scientific presentations and reports as needed Operate and maintain lab equipment Comply with applicable regulations, performing all work in a safe manner Maintain proper records in accordance with SOPs and policies. Compensation Data The base salary range for Scientist II, is $75,000.00 to $122,000.00. The base salary range for Scientist III, is $90,000.00 to $147,000.00. The position may be eligible for a role specific discretionary bonus, relocation, and/or other compensation elements. We continuously review market data and may adjust salary ranges as needed in the future.
