The Resident Care Attendant provides personal care and assists residents with activities of daily living, meals, and housekeeping. They also participate in the delivery of social, recreational, and therapeutic programs to ensure a high standard of resident care.
Candidates must be graduates of a recognized Health Care Assistant program and registered with the BC Care Aide and Community Health Worker Registry. A clear Vulnerable Record Search is required prior to starting work.
