The Residential Support Worker provides daily living assistance and emotional support to individuals with developmental disabilities to foster independence and community inclusion. Responsibilities include implementing Individual Support Plans, administering medication, and maintaining a clean, hygienic residential environment.
Candidates should possess a diploma or equivalent experience in Disability Studies and a valid Police Information Check with a Vulnerable Sectors Search. Current Basic First Aid/CPR/AED certification is required, while a valid driver's license and vehicle are considered assets.
