completion of recognized competency assessment exam and registration or certification as a Medical Laboratory Technologist. graduation from a recognized diploma program in Medical Laboratory Technology. recent relevant experience or completion of core laboratory courses. ability to communicate effectively with patients, staff, and healthcare providers. knowledge of laboratory testing techniques and relevant legislations. ability to work collaboratively and independently. ability to operate laboratory equipment and computerized systems
