Candidates need 3-5 years of senior administrative experience and a Grade 12 diploma supplemented by a business course. A valid Class 5 driver's license and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office are required.

Reporting to the Director of Primary Health, the Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing strategic support for a wide range of regional and facility related functions pertaining to the Primary Health portfolio. The Administrative Assistant will establish, maintain, improve and manage current and new processes and systems to simultaneously support the Primary Health Director(s).
