Assist with medications and treatments within Health Care Aide scope, follow care plans/dietary plans, and respond to medical concerns/emergencies while escalating to clinical leadership as required.
Implement and contribute to Individual Service Plans and positive behavioural supports; promote community inclusion through appointments, activities, visits, and volunteer opportunities.
Support safe, well-run home operations (meals, housekeeping, laundry, shopping/budgets, equipment needs) and participate in OH&S and licensing-related safety practices.

Hours of work are 38.75 hours weekly.

This competition will be used to fill 1 Permanent position and 7 Wage positions.
These positions involve shift work and will require lifting and moving of individuals and equipment.
The successful candidate(s) must be able to work all shifts including days, afternoons, awake overnights, weekends and called in on short notice if needed.
This role requires that you have a valid Class 5 Driver's License and access to a reliable vehicle.
Candidates must be eligible to work in Canada. A current work visa is required.
