Provide comprehensive physical therapy services within the Community Health Services Program as part of a multi-disciplinary team. Deliver assessment and treatment to outpatients, inpatients, nursing home residents, and clients in their homes or workplaces.
Requires a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy and three years of experience as a Physical Therapist. Must be registered or eligible for registration with the Saskatchewan College of Physical Therapists.

The Community Physical Therapist is responsible for providing comprehensive services within the Community Health Services Program, as a member of a multi-disciplinary health team committed to health promotion and disease prevention. Assessment and treatment services may be provided to outpatients, inpatients, residents of nursing homes and to clients in their own homes or workplaces. This position also offers some opportunity for delivery of educational programs. "Preference for this position will be given to HSAS members in accordance with the terms and conditions of the SAHO/HSAS Collective Agreement"
