The Occupational Therapist is responsible for assessing clients and establishing ongoing treatment programs, goals, and discharge plans. They must maintain accurate clinical records and collaborate with health team members to provide exceptional community-based care.
Candidates must hold a Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy and be registered in good standing with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario. A valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and preferably one year of experience in home-based therapy are required.
Education Masters Degree or recognized equivalent in Occupational Therapy. Registered and in good standing with provincial College of Occupational Therapists.
