Provide mental health and substance use treatment to youth through screening, assessments, and individual or group interventions. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and community partners to develop integrated care plans and support youth transitions to adult services.
Requires a post-secondary degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field and membership in a professional regulatory body. Candidates must have at least two years of experience working with youth facing mental health and substance use challenges.
