Southwood Dental is seeking an experienced Associate Dentist to cover a maternity leave for an associate. This is an excellent opportunity to step into an established, high‑demand patient base with immediate production potential.

The clinic operates in a fast‑paced, emergency‑driven environment with strong patient flow and consistent scheduling. The is an ideal role for a confident clinician seeking strong earning potential.

Schedule

The clinic operates on a rotational schedule

  • 6‑day / 4‑day rotation
  • Clinic hours: 9:00am – 9:00pm
  • Split shifts typically:
  • 9:00am – 3:00pm
  • 3:00pm – 9:00pm
  • 1:00pm - 9:00pm

CLINIC OVERVIEW • DDS Chairs: Typically 3 allocated

  • Team & structure
  • 3 DDS onsite
  • 2 RDHs (lighter hygiene model)
  • RDA support always available
  • Long‑tenured team with strong workflow efficiency

About you

  • Graduate from an accredited DDS/DMD Program or successful completion of the National Dental Examining Board of Canada (NDEB) Equivalency Process
  • Registered and in good standing with provincial licensing requirements
  • Valid CPR certification
