Provide direct support to individuals with developmental disabilities to increase their independence and community inclusion. Establish professional boundaries and implement goals outlined in Individual Support Plans (ISP).
Requires a diploma or equivalent experience in Disability Studies and a valid driver's license with a vehicle. Candidates should possess strong communication skills and the ability to support adults with developmental disabilities.
