• What you'll do as a Nurse Perform daily nursing duties such as medication administration, specimen collection, phlebotomy, EKGs, vital signs, and patient observations.
• Order & follow up on lab tests, communicate results to providers, and escalate urgent findings.
• Address patient concerns with clear communication and provide education on medications and eating disorder-related medical issues.
• Collaborate as part of an interdisciplinary team to deliver ethical, high-quality care.
• Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation, including assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes.
• Assist milieu staff in supporting patients and maintaining a safe, therapeutic environment.
• Transport patients to programming & outings when required Choose between: LPN or RN PRN Shifts – Nights RN - Night Shift – 7 PM to 7:30 AM

Our Ideal Nurse Licensed

• Must possess an active nursing license in
• Colorado as an
• RN or
• LPN
• Experienced: Prior nursing experience working with eating disorders or behavioral health/mental health is preferred but not required.

• Composed: Confident nursing skills and decision-making; remains calm in stressful situations.
• Solutions-focused

• Player: Offers ideas and collaborates effectively with multidisciplinary teams; flexible and adaptable.

• Learn: Motivated to understand eating disorders and their medical challenges better.

• Skills: Proficient with Microsoft Office and able to quickly learn electronic medical records and other software systems.

What We Offer

Our Nurses Pay Range: RN – $35.00-$45.00 / LPN – $26-$34 Competitive Shift Differentials: Weekday Overnight: $4.00 additional per hour Weekend Overnight: $6.00 additional per hour Weekend Day: $2.50 additional per hour On-call stipend for scheduled coverage Health, dental, & vision insurance Paid time off Paid holidays 401(k) with company match Disability, life, and AD&D insurance $500 annual continuing education stipend In-house professional development opportunities.
