Mayflower Dental Group has been serving the Cape Breton area for years. Our offices are in accessible locations and are a dedicated patient-based clinic. We pride ourselves on providing optimal patient care to our patients and their families in a friendly and caring environment. With our 7 clinic locations in the Cape Breton Regional Municipality – we are able to provide a solid internal patient referral program, dental hygiene program, excellent support system for expanding your skill set and the opportunity to learn among a very talented group of Dental Professionals. We use the most up to date equipment and technologies within our group of clinics. Our laboratory is located in our Mayflower Dental location in the Mayflower Mall, Sydney, NS and serves all seven of our locations needs. Our teams work together to ensure that our patients receive a positive experience when they visit the clinic from check in to check out. This is reflective of our 4.9-star rating on Google Reviews. The beauty of Cape Breton Island with all of its offerings (for all seasons), increasing community populations and social scene makes Cape Breton a special place to live. Role: Appropriately assess, plan, implement and evaluate services for patient care Perform all aspects of clinical preventative hygiene services including scaling, root planning, polishing, topical fluoride, pit and fissure sealants and whitening to patients Serve as an oral health educator by introducing new preventative techniques and counselling Establish and retain patient loyalty by delivering a tailored experience based on the patients’ expectations, while consistently maintaining ethical and professional behaviour
