Provide specialized nursing care to clients within their homes, schools, and community settings. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver person and family-centered care and navigate clients to necessary health resources.
Must be a Registered Nurse or Registered Practical Nurse with active registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario and professional liability insurance. Requires a valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and a clear criminal record check with vulnerable sector screening.

The hourly rate range for this position is $29.20 to $42.68 per hour.

Flexible shift scheduling either 12:00 pm - 8:00 pm or 3:00 pm - 11:00 pm
