The LPN is responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing nursing care for residents, including performing clinical procedures and administering medications. They collaborate with the care team to monitor resident safety and provide personal care in a supportive environment.
We are currently looking to fill casual positions for Licensed Practical Nurses at The New Vista Society located in Burnaby, BC.
Under the direction of the Registered Nurse, the LPN assess, plans, implements and evaluates nursing care for their work assignment in accordance with competency guidelines within the standards of practice as outlined by the College of LPNs of BC and current legislative scope of practice.

Candidates must be a graduate of a recognized Practical Nursing program with a valid BC Practical Nurse license in good standing. A minimum of 2 years of experience working with older adults is required.
