The team at Burnaby City Dentist located in Burnaby, BC are looking for a passionate, hard-working Registered Nurse on a part-time basis.

The ideal Registered Nurse for our team will be highly motivated to support the dental team by providing perioperative nursing care to patients undergoing dental treatment with sedation. The RN supports patient safety, sedation monitoring, and post-operative recovery in a fast-paced dental office.

Our family dental office is home for a great team of dental professionals and administrative staff! Conveniently located near Metrotown, our office can be reached via Skytrain and numerous bus lines. We are a fully equipped dental office built for patient comfort and offer a comprehensive list of treatments, including added services such as sedation and implants.

Schedule

• 8 hours only on Friday
• Last Friday of the month

What we are looking for

• Currently registered with The British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives
• Must have passed the Canadian Registered Nurse Examination (CRNE) or The National Council Licensure Examination – Registered Nurses (NCLEX-RN)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Oral Surgery, Operating Room, ICU, PACU or Critical Care is required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and families
