We are hiring for a relief, full time registered Social Worker for the Elk Valley Hospital, located in Fernie, B.C. Days of Work: Monday to Friday Shift time: 08:30 to 16:00

As an acute care Social Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting clients and their families by providing comprehensive assessments, care planning, and coordinated support tailored to their unique needs. Two years recent related experience in a healthcare setting working with medically complex clients with concurrent disorders, or a combination of education, training and experience. Current full registration with the British Columbia College of Social Workers. Current valid BC driver’s license.
