The Home Care Nurse provides professional nursing care to meet the physical, psychological, rehabilitative, and emotional needs of clients. They are responsible for the nursing assessment and delivery of care under the direction of the Community Care Manager.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor of Science in Nursing or a Nursing/Psychiatric Nursing diploma and a valid Class 5 driver's license. Registration or eligibility with the College of Registered Nurses of Saskatchewan or the College of Registered Psychiatric Nurses of SK is required.
