• This role requires you to have Graduated from an accredited School of Nursing (RN & LPN) and hold current active registration with the provincial licensing body.
• The position also requires you to have a solid knowledge and experience of the principles, practices and methods of Pediatrics and Community nursing.
• Assists with client care as directed by the developed care plans.
• Administers and records prescribed medication as per company policy and scope of practice.
• Maintains the standards of accurate and complete documentation and reporting.
• Details of: Nursing care is to be provided in central Newfoundland in client’s home and / or in local hospital when needed.
• Rotational shifts of Days, Nights, Weekends, Holidays and potential for On-Call requirements.

Requirements

Valid Certificate of Conduct and Vulnerable Sector Check. Current First Aid and CPR certification. Applicable Medical Immunizations.
