Provide high-quality, personalized nursing care to clients in their homes or local hospitals. Responsibilities include administering prescribed medications and maintaining accurate clinical documentation.
Must be a graduate of an accredited School of Nursing with current LPN registration and valid CPR certification. A valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and a clear Vulnerable Sector Check are required.
Valid Certificate of Conduct and Vulnerable Sector Check. Current First Aid and CPR certification. Applicable Medical Immunizations.
