About the role

The Veterinarian is primarily responsible for providing clinical care, performing surgical and dental procedures, and managing complex cases. They will also provide leadership to the team of RVTs and assistants to ensure exceptional patient care.

Our thriving GP veterinary hospital in London, Ontario is looking for a dedicated Veterinarian to join our team.

With a fully equipped IDEXX in-house lab, ultrasound, Surgical Laser, cold therapeutic laser and EZVET software, we offer the tools and support you need to provide excellent patient care.

Is This Role Right For You?

Our ideal Veterinarian (DVM) will have 3–7 years of experience and demonstrate a high standard of medical expertise, including proficiency in surgical and dental procedures.

They will be confident in making independent decisions, managing complex cases, and responding to emergencies.

Primarily responsible for clinical care, the DVM will leverage their medical knowledge, teamwork, and emotional intelligence to deliver exceptional veterinary medicine and leadership for the team.

Ideally 2 shifts per week (8-10 hours) plus 2 Saturdays (6 hours) per month.

We will only consider candidates who hold or are eligible to hold a General Practice Registered Veterinarian license in Ontario, at the time of their application.

Requirements
