Provide exceptional medical and behavioral care for shelter animals and assist in operating wellness and spay/neuter clinics. Responsibilities include training staff on health protocols and managing administrative duties such as booking appointments.
Must be a validated Registered Veterinary Technician with a valid G driver's license. Preference is given to candidates with 1-4 years of experience in high-volume clinics and 2-3 years of surgical experience.

The Ontario SPCA operates two spay/neuter clinics, a wellness clinic, SPCA Mobile Animal Wellness Services unit, and hosts MASH-style clinics to bring routine care and spay/neuter services to underserved communities. We also find loving homes for thousands of animals each year at our animal centres across the province – animals who depend on the compassion of a veterinary care team to bring them back to health so they can get their second chance. This position, both challenging and rewarding, is suitable for those who love to work in a fast-paced and structured environment.
