Provide outpatient family medicine services across two clinic locations in Tremont and Hopedale. Collaborate with other physicians and advanced practice providers to deliver patient-centered care.
JOB SPECIFICS This established practice is seeking a Family Medicine physician This role will spend 3 days in Tremont and 2 days in Hopedale per week Join 1 Family Physicians and 6 highly trained APPs between both locations Outpatient only Clinic hours M-F, 8am-5pm Minimal call.

Must hold a doctorate degree and be a licensed physician in Illinois, board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine. Candidates must be eligible for Medicare/Medicaid and hold a DEA license to prescribe narcotics.
